How I Practice
At the Law Offices of Robert E. Marmor, my first responsibility as a divorce lawyer is to protect the rights and interests of my clients. There are situations that demand that I vigorously litigate to protect the interests of my client and my client's children. In my view, however, the entire family often pays a heavy emotional price for intense and protracted conflict in divorce cases. Sometimes, my client and the children carry the scars of divorce conflict with them for the rest of their lives. I have the skills, training, and experience to help defuse conflict in cases where it is possible to do so.

The collaborative approach can reduce the stress and bitterness of the divorce process while also reducing legal costs.
